Set pronunciation yourself, power dialer on loop, opportunities board

If the agent mispronounces your company name, you can now fix it yourself: Settings → Pronunciation, enter the term and how it should sound, done. The rule applies on the next call — no restart, no ticket to us.

  • Pronunciation rules apply project-wide or to a single agent, and an agent rule overrides the project one. Only the spoken audio changes — the transcript and the reports keep the real spelling. Matching is whole-word: "Zyles" fires in "zyles.ai" and "Zyles-Webseite", never inside "Zylesnutzer".
  • Power dialer on loop: a "continuous mode (loop)" switch with a pass counter, and a minimum gap between two calls to the same lead. The agent you pick at start is now actually used, and can be swapped while the dialer runs. A dialer also resumes by itself after a restart, and waits out provider rate limits instead of failing.
  • Opportunities have a board with their own pipelines and stages, an editor, and columns that page in with per-stage totals. An error while moving a card is shown instead of swallowed.
  • Custom fields can now hold users, date and time, rich text, hidden values and multi-select. Date values keep their timezone.
  • Booking: the agent sees the whole day instead of three suggestions, honours a preferred time of day, and re-checks the slot before booking. iClosed is available as an integrations tile and as an option in agent setup; times are shown in the calendar's own timezone.
  • Smaller things: {{first_name}} and {{last_name}} placeholders in prompts, smart views count after the filter instead of before, leads.call_amount is no longer double-counted on dialed calls, the agent interrupts less often, and onboarding survives Chrome's page translation and an abandoned payment without creating duplicate subscriptions.
