Close sync kept current, test agents in the browser, smart-view filters via MCP

If you sync leads from Close, statuses and custom fields are now kept current – changes in Close show up in Zyles within minutes. Existing data was reconciled once in full.

  • Smart views filter on custom activities (custom_activity_type_id) and custom fields (custom_field_value), including multi-choice fields. Via MCP, the full filter reference sits on the smart_views_create tool description; the new custom_fields_list tool returns the field ids. Filter reference.
  • GET /api/activities filters by custom_activity_type_id and reports the real total.
  • Test agents in the browser: every agent page has "Im Browser testen" – microphone on, talk, costs no minutes.
  • Search finds "first name last name".
  • Calls show a clear end reason in German, including who hung up; "call is being processed" clears without a reload.
