Scheduled reports, open API from Pro, per-lead history

On request, Zyles sends you a regular report by e-mail. All reports are kept in an archive, and the new report page shows the figures with charts.

• The open API and the MCP are now included from the Pro plan.
• Call costs are shown at 10 ct/minute.
• Every change to a lead is visible in its history – in the app and via MCP (events_list, lead_history).
• The note typed during a call is saved with the call.
• Manual calls are transcribed.
