The power dialer now runs continuously in loop mode, iClosed joins as a third booking provider, and you manage deals on an opportunity board with your own pipelines and stages.
If you sync leads from Close, statuses and custom fields are now kept current – changes in Close show up in Zyles within minutes. Existing data was reconciled once in full.
Scheduled calls can now be listed and cancelled individually – in the API and via MCP (scheduled_calls_list, scheduled_calls_cancel).
On request, Zyles sends you a regular report by e-mail. All reports are kept in an archive, and the new report page shows the figures with charts.
Leads now have tasks (assignee, priority, due date) and opportunities – both in the left column of the lead page, with changes shown in the timeline.
Besides Calendly you can now connect YouCanBookMe as a booking page – selectable per agent. On connect, Zyles verifies the credentials and shows free slots.
The MCP now knows lead statuses, call outcomes and custom activity types – 16 new tools. You can also connect Zyles in claude.ai via Connect and sign in without copying a key.
With the new Zyles MCP server you can run your CRM from an AI assistant: read and create leads, build smart views, start power dialers, adjust agents, log activities.
